John has been writing code since 1983 and working in business technology for more than 30 years. He spent years in healthcare IT, connecting the systems of more than 30 hospitals, where privacy and getting it right were never optional. He built a managed IT company from the ground up and sold it. Today he puts that to work for small businesses: setting up the AI they already pay for, training their people, and building the tools they are missing.
That background is why the work here starts with how your business actually runs, keeps a person approving anything that goes to a customer, and plays well with the IT company you already have.
